We try to make the purchase process as simple as possible for our customers.
At the time of making your booking online, we will ask for your departure date, where you are departing from, how many people are travelling, bedding configuration for your accommodation, any special requests and then your payment details.
Once you have successfully processed payment for your booking, you will be sent an Order Confirmation and Tax Receipt to confirm your purchase.
Within this email will be a link to access the Traveller Booking Form, where you submit all traveller details including passport information.
Once we have received a copy of the booking form, your Dedicated Support Agent will reach out to you via email to confirm your booking has been received and they will be your point of contact moving forward.
